All our houses are built from carefully selected materials and much care is invested into both the selection and the processing of wood. Committed to the idea of durability while simultaneously complying with international standards of building prefabricated wooden houses, we only use healthy and naturally dried timber. This guarantees our customers both quality and the possibility to live in a healthy, anti-allergy and airy space.

By carefully selecting raw materials, applying modern technology of building and protection of the houses, and due to years of experience, we are able to produce durable and quality wooden houses. The average life cycle of such houses without external protection is 50 years, but through modern methods of impregnation and protection of the wood, this life cycle has tripled. Our warranty regarding the construction of the building and rotting of the wood is 50 years, and for all other works we provide a 10-year warranty.
